Do you only work on Shopify?

Yes, by choice. Shopify is the most reliable, scalable, and cost-effective platform for ecommerce in 2026. We migrate brands TO Shopify (from WooCommerce, Wix, Magento, BigCommerce) but we don't build on those platforms anymore.

How fast can you launch a new store?

A clean Stage 01 build (theme setup, product import, payments, shipping, basic CRO) ships in 7-14 days. A custom-designed store ships in 4-6 weeks. Migrations depend on data complexity.

How do you engage?

Every Monkeyman engagement is fixed-price, quoted within 48 hours of receiving your brief. Here's how we engage by service:

Can you customize apps we've already installed?

Yes. App customization is part of our CRO and Maintenance retainers, and we handle it on project work too. We work across the major Shopify ecosystem, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Recharge, Loop, Stamped, Gorgias, Smile.io, Judge.me, Postscript, Attentive, and can extend, rebuild, or replace flows as needed. If your store has a feature gap, the answer is usually "we can fix it." Tell us what's broken or missing in the audit form.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Monthly retainers cover updates, app management, performance monitoring, and scheduled CRO improvements. Most clients move into a retainer 30 days after launch.

Where are you based?

We're a Shopify-only studio operating remotely across US, UK, EU, UAE, and Australia business hours. Most clients overlap with us 4-6 hours a day on Slack, and we work to your time zone, not ours.

Can you work with my existing developer or designer?

Yes. Many engagements involve us coming in for the technical Shopify work while the brand's existing team handles design or content.

Do you handle paid media too?

Performance marketing is part of Phase 03 (Scale). For Stage 01 and 02 brands, we focus on the store itself first, there's no point burning ad spend on a store that doesn't convert.
