Do you only work on Shopify? +
Yes — by choice. Shopify is the most reliable, scalable, and cost-effective platform for ecommerce in 2026. We migrate brands TO Shopify (from WooCommerce, Wix, Magento, BigCommerce) but we don't build on those platforms anymore.
How fast can you launch a new store? +
A clean Stage 01 build (theme setup, product import, payments, shipping, basic CRO) ships in 7–14 days. A custom-designed store ships in 4–6 weeks. Migrations depend on data complexity.
How much does it cost? +
Stage 01 (lean launch) starts at $1,500. Stage 02 (full redesign) starts at $5,000. Stage 03 (scale + custom apps) is project-priced after audit. Stage 04 (Plus, headless) is retainer-priced.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance? +
Yes. Monthly retainers cover updates, app management, performance monitoring, and scheduled CRO improvements. Most clients move into a retainer 30 days after launch.
Where are you based? +
New York, USA. We work with founders across the US, UK, EU, AU, and Asia. Daily Slack overlap with all major time zones.
Can you work with my existing developer or designer? +
Yes. Many engagements involve us coming in for the technical Shopify work while the brand's existing team handles design or content.
Do you handle paid media too? +
Performance marketing is part of Phase 03 (Scale). For Stage 01 and 02 brands, we focus on the store itself first — there's no point burning ad spend on a store that doesn't convert.
