Olivia Lorèn The Label
olivialorenthelabel.com ↗A fine jewelry label needed a redesign that respected high-AOV buying. PDPs had to do the upselling work without feeling pushy.

The brief they came with
Olivia Lorèn The Label is a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand making handmade 14k solid gold and lab-grown diamond pieces, sold as waterproof, tarnish-free and hypoallergenic.
The owner runs it hands-on, and briefed the rebuild that way: she built her own Canva mockups to show design intent, named a reference brand she wanted the store to stand beside, and asked that only the features relevant to her own catalogue come across.
The problem
The catalogue deserved a storefront that looked like the product. Imagery was small, best sellers sat below the fold, and every layout change meant going back to a developer.
So the rebuild had two targets at once: match the reference brand's standard of presentation, and hand the store back in a state where the owner could run it alone.
What we built
- 01 Design approved before a line of build Figma mockup of the new storefront signed off first, then four formal feedback rounds against daily preview-theme links.
- 02 Full theme rebuild, every section dynamic Home, About, collection listing and product detail pages rebuilt with all sections editable from the Shopify backend.
- 03 Imagery given the room it needed Edge-to-edge, larger photography, with best sellers moved into the headline positions. Product images were re-cropped and edited in-house.
- 04 Mega menu and navigation Mega menu modelled on the reference site, so a growing catalogue stays browsable.
- 05 Pair Well With on the PDP Custom product-page module that suggests companion pieces, so upselling reads as styling advice rather than a pitch.
- 06 Reviews, built and installed A reviews slider built from scratch with read more / less truncation, and Judge.me installed and configured behind it.
- 07 Social proof and email Instafeed Instagram integration on the storefront, and Klaviyo wired for email flows and discount popups.
- 08 Mobile reviewed as its own surface Responsiveness checked page by page on a preview theme before release.
- 09 A training session, then the keys Live session teaching the owner to change banners, swap imagery and add products herself.

“Monkeyman redesigned our jewelry store with full-width imagery, a new mega menu and sections I can edit myself in Shopify. They also fixed our reviews so only real ones show. I appreciate them helping bring my vision into a reality.”
