What we did

We completed a full redesign of the store. We created the homepage design in Figma and then customised a premium Shopify theme to match. We implemented live chat with Chatty, set up popups and automation flows in Klaviyo, added subscriptions using Seal Subscriptions, and integrated reviews via Yotpo. We also produced supporting graphics with AI tools.

Base theme Expanse

The brief

An indie beauty brand needed a storefront that punched above its budget, with credible photography treatment, ingredient context that respected buyer intelligence, and reviews that read as real.

What we built

  • Completed a full redesign starting with the homepage design in Figma
  • Customised a premium Shopify theme (Expanse) to match the approved direction
  • Implemented live chat through the Chatty app
  • Set up popups and automation flows in Klaviyo
  • Added subscription functionality through Seal Subscriptions
