What we did

We completed a full redesign of the store. We added booking through Acuity Scheduling, plus "Notify Me" and pre-order via Early Bird. For upselling and cross-selling we integrated Rebuy, and for customer reviews we used Judge.me. We also set up discount popups and email flows in Klaviyo, enabled product personalisation with Zepto, and shipped stockist + wishlist functionality.

Base theme Prestige

The brief

A premium jewelry brand needed a Shopify Plus redesign that respected high-AOV buying patterns. Sizing flows had to keep buyers on-site, and the post-purchase experience had to match the brand of the product itself.

What we built

  • Completed a full redesign of the storefront on the Prestige theme
  • Implemented booking through Acuity Scheduling for in-person consultations
  • Added Notify Me and pre-order functionality via Early Bird to keep buyers engaged through stock cycles
  • Integrated Rebuy for upselling and cross-selling at PDP and cart
  • Wired Judge.me for customer reviews surfaced near the buy-box
  • Set up discount popups and email automation flows in Klaviyo
  • Enabled product personalisation with Zepto so buyers can spec engravings and material variants
  • Implemented stockist locator and wishlist functionality across the site
