Is this technical or operational support?

Operational. Bug fixes, theme code, and custom apps live in the Maintenance and App Development services. Store Manager handles the daily running of the store, products, orders, customers, content.

How fast can someone start?

Most brands onboard inside a week. We need read-write access to Shopify, your support tooling, and a one-page SOP doc on how you currently work, we tighten the SOP after the first 30 days.

Can we scale hours up or down?

Yes. Tiers are 3-4 hours/day or 6-8 hours/day, with a 30-day notice to change tier. We don't lock you into hours you don't use.

Who actually does the work?

A dedicated operator on our team, not a rotating pool. You'll know their name, work in the same Slack channels, and keep the same person across the engagement.

How is this different from a virtual assistant on Upwork?
