What we did

We completed a full redesign of the store. We started with the UI/UX design in Figma and then customised the free Dawn theme on Shopify accordingly. We set up collections, products, filters, and search, and added bundle features. We also integrated Klaviyo for email flows and discounts and Judge.me for customer reviews.

Base theme Dawn

The brief

iCraft Vinyl supplies DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, and custom-print materials to a crafter audience. The buyer here is a small-business owner buying inputs, so the storefront had to earn repeat-purchase loyalty more than one-time conversion.

What we built

  • Created the complete UI/UX design in Figma before touching the theme
  • Customised the free Dawn theme on Shopify to match the approved design
  • Set up collections, products, filters, and search functionality across the catalogue
  • Added bundle features so crafters can order coordinated material kits
