We completely rebuilt the store based on multiple references shared by the client. We implemented rewards using Smile.io, reviews using Judge.me, and a dedicated wholesale-inquiry contact form. We integrated Klaviyo for flows, discount popups, and listing, added wishlist via Wishlist Hero, and enabled upsell + cross-sell with Upsell Kit. We also set up multiple Markets with region-specific pricing and shipping rules to support international sales.
The brief
A women’s fashion accessories brand spanning tights, gloves, socks, cashmere, and lifestyle accessories needed a rebuild that captured the editorial, slightly playful tone the brand had in print.
