We didn't start from scratch. We focused on enhancing existing functionality. We implemented "Pair Well With" for upselling, improved upsell flows, and optimised filters and sorting. We also ran targeted theme customisations to improve usability and overall user experience.
The brief
A jewelry brand wanted to enhance an existing storefront rather than start over. The brief was about sharpening conversion levers without disrupting what was working.
