MollyGrace is a US brand of grip socks for Pilates, yoga, Lagree and barre, with a light pink and dark pink look. We redesigned the store on Zest with collection FAQs, Judge.me reviews, a wholesale request page and a custom sock input.

The brief they came with

MollyGrace sells grip socks for studio workouts like Pilates, yoga, Lagree and barre, including a custom collection. Founder Molly wanted the store to look more professional, with content, reviews and FAQs on the collection pages. The store was live on Shopify, but collection pages had no content, reviews or FAQs, and wholesale buyers were sent to Faire with a single button.

The brief covered a full redesign on a new theme, built as an unpublished draft for approval. It included a homepage with an Instagram feed, collection and product templates with FAQs and reviews, About, FAQ and Contact pages, and a mobile pass. Molly later added a wholesale page like the one we built for Revel Athletic. She supplied the text, photos and FAQs, and a separate specialist handled SEO.

The problem

The store did not look like a finished brand. Molly wanted it to feel girly and pink but still professional, and pointed us to sites she liked, including Elliosa's landing page and our Revel Athletic build.

Collection pages were bare. There was no guidance, no FAQs and no reviews where shoppers decide what to buy. Questions about sizing and washing had nowhere to live.

Product titles were long paragraphs. They made the grid hard to scan and pushed the important details out of view.

Wholesale had no real home. The only route was a "Buy Wholesale on Faire" button. Studios and shops that wanted to stock MollyGrace had no page explaining why to partner with the brand and no way to apply.

The custom collection had no way to collect personalization. Shoppers needed to enter up to three characters on those products, and the theme had nothing for that. The brand's Instagram was not on the site at all, even though Molly wanted it shown at the bottom of the homepage.

What we built

  • 01 A Zest draft theme in the brand pinks Molly chose Zest from a shortlist we sent, which also included Broadcast, Reformation, Victory and Flaunt. We built on an unpublished draft so nothing changed on the live store until approval. We used Elliosa's landing page layout and our Revel Athletic build as references and styled everything in the brand's light and dark pink. Each day we sent an update with a preview link, and Molly swapped in her own photos as we went.
  • 02 A homepage with FAQs and Instagram The homepage has featured products, promotional banners and a "Why partner with MollyGrace" section. We restored the "Buy Wholesale on Faire" button after Molly flagged it. At her request we moved the FAQ from the wholesale page to the homepage and added two new answers: the socks are one size fits most, for women's shoe sizes 6 to 11, and they should be washed cold on gentle and laid flat to dry.
  • 03 About, wholesale, contact and FAQ pages We built the About page for the brand story and a Wholesale Request page that reuses the "Why partner with MollyGrace" section. Molly asked for the "Apply for wholesale" button to open a contact form instead of a dead end, so we connected it. We then built the Contact page, a standalone FAQ page and the legal pages, all in the same pink styling as the homepage.
  • 04 Collection pages with FAQs and reviews We rebuilt the collection template, the collection list page and the product template. FAQs sit on each collection page and are stored in metafields, so the team can edit them per collection without touching code. We set up Judge.me for product reviews, and pointed out that the "Load More" button on the collection reviews widget needs a paid plan. Molly chose to wait on that.
  • 05 A three-character input for custom socks Every product in the Shop Custom collection now has an input field capped at three characters, based on a mockup Molly sent. The entry goes through with the order, so custom pairs arrive with the details the shopper typed. We also built a Rewards page that explains earning points on each order, which Molly put on hold while she decides whether to run a loyalty program.
  • 06 Journal, mobile fixes and launch tidy-up We built the Journal page and the single blog post template. After the Christmas break we worked through mobile responsiveness across the site and set up the abandoned checkout flow. We installed Instafeed for the homepage Instagram feed so Molly could connect her account. She signed off on January 14, 2026, saying everything looked great.
