What we did

A premium fashion brand needed a faster, more engaging storefront optimized for product drops, mobile shoppers, and higher conversions. We redesigned the store in Figma and rebuilt it on the Prestige theme: custom theme sections, UI/UX improvements across the funnel, side-cart upsells, product grid enhancements, PDP optimization, mobile experience improvements, and performance optimization. The build also covered chatbot integration, an accessibility tool, Klaviyo integration and setup, and full QA through launch.

Base theme Prestige

The brief

Body Envy is a premium fashion brand built around drops: a collection lands, the audience shows up at once, and most of them arrive on a phone. The existing storefront wasn’t holding up its end, the pages were slower than the product deserved and the buying flow left conversion on the table. The brief was a redesign with a commercial spine: faster, more engaging, and measurably better at turning drop traffic into orders.

What we did

The redesign started in Figma, not in the theme editor. We designed the storefront properly, got sign-off on the direction, and then rebuilt it on the Prestige theme with custom sections, so the design survived the translation to Liquid instead of being approximated by preset blocks.

The conversion work ran through the whole funnel. Product grids were enhanced so collections merchandise the drop properly, PDPs were optimized for the add-to-cart decision, and a side-cart with upsells replaced the detour to a cart page, the shopper adds, sees the offer, and keeps moving. Mobile got its own pass rather than inheriting the desktop layout, because that’s where the audience actually shops.

Around the storefront itself we wired in the operating stack: Klaviyo integrated and set up for lifecycle email, a chatbot for support, and an accessibility tool. Performance optimization ran alongside the build, and the project closed with QA across the full purchase flow before launch.

Why it mattered

Drop-driven fashion is unforgiving. The traffic arrives in a spike, on mobile, and it doesn’t wait for a slow page or forgive a clumsy cart. Rebuilding the storefront around that reality, fast pages, a PDP that sells, an upsell moment inside the cart, is what turns a hyped collection into revenue rather than a traffic graph.
