How is this different from your Theme Customization service? +
Theme Customization (From $1,800) works inside a chosen theme — Dawn, Sense, Studio, etc. Design & Build is the engagement when you want the design built around your brand, with custom Liquid sections that don't exist in any theme. If you've picked a theme and want it polished, that's Theme Customization. If you want the design custom from the ground up, that's this.
Why three tiers? +
Different brands need different scopes. Tier 1 is for stores that want a tight customization, Tier 2 adds a full design system + custom Liquid sections, Tier 3 is the full custom rebuild. Pick by how much of your brand needs to be built in code vs reused from existing patterns.
Can you work with our existing brand designer? +
Yes. Many engagements involve us doing the technical Shopify work while the brand's existing team handles the visual direction. We bring the conversion patterns and the development; you bring the brand voice.
What happens after launch? +
Each tier includes 1 revision round + mobile QA + launch-day support. Most clients move into a maintenance retainer 30 days after launch — From $1,500/month — to keep the store evolving without dev firefighting.
